Return & Exchange


How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item for any reason. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How do I submit a return?
If your Apple Watch band isn’t quite right, send a email to customerservice@bandsoftheday.com, our team member will process ASAP.


Item damaged upon arrival
If your item arrives damaged, snap a photo of the damage and email us at customerservice@bandsoftheday.com. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible!


Do I have to pay for return/exchange postage?
We cover the return/exchange postage for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly received items. For any other reason, you’ll need to arrange and pay for your own return/exchange postage.  You will receive the return address after submitting your request.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned parcel.


Will I get a refund on shipping costs?
Shipping costs are refunded only for parcels confirmed as lost in transit by the courier. Unfortunately, no refunds on shipping are provided in any other situation.


Is stainless steel safe for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic and commonly used for medical purposes. However, it contains trace amounts of nickel, which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding our steel products.
